Debra O'Connell

Debra O'Connell is a seasoned healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and healthcare administration. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Advisory Services at Premier Inc. since January 2023, Debra previously held the position of Chief Quality Officer at Bravera Health Brooksville/Spring Hill from January 2022 to January 2023. Debra's extensive experience includes roles as Director of Performance Improvement and Medical Staff Office at Frederick Health Hospital, Performance Improvement Coordinator at Frederick Memorial Hospital, and Pre-Op/PACU Manager at Frederick Surgical Center. Debra co-founded Fox-O'Connell Consulting, LLC, and worked as a School Health Nurse for Frederick County Government. A registered nurse since 1993, Debra has emergency room and hospital supervision experience. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York College of Pennsylvania and is pursuing a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
