Janet Wilson

Janet Wilson currently serves as the Vice President of HRBP, Organization Development at Premier Inc. since January 2021. Previously, Janet held various senior positions at Premier Inc. and Family Dollar, including Senior Director of Corporate Communications and multiple Divisional Vice President roles encompassing Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Compensation/Benefits, and Corporate HR. Earlier experience includes serving as Employee Relations Manager at The Employers Association, providing HR support to over 500 member companies, and as Director of Recruiting at The Cato Corporation. Janet began a career in human resources as Corporate HR Manager at Ivey's Department Store. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and the University of South Dakota.
