Lori Needham is a solutions-oriented professional with over 25 years of experience in customer service, sales, research, and planning. Currently, Lori serves as Senior Director of Product Support Services at Premier Inc. since January 2019, after holding the position of Director ERP Support. Prior to that, Lori was Vice President of Customer Engagement at insightsoftware and Global Software, enhancing the ERP end-user experience. Previous roles include Vice President of Client Services at Set and Service Resources and various positions at International Decision Systems, where Lori directed sales for the Americas and EMEA. Lori began a career in customer service management at CFS Group plc and IBM, and holds a BSBA in Productions and Operations Management from The Ohio State University.
