Nina Rish

Nina Rish, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Relations & Human Resources Compliance at Premier Inc. since March 2013. Previous roles at Premier include Director and Manager positions focused on HR compliance and employee relations. Prior to joining Premier, Nina worked at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Human Resources Advisor, providing support in recruitment and HR policy consultation. Other roles include Project Manager at Rish Construction Inc., Human Resources Administrator at Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, and Office Manager at Cotkin, Collins & Ginsburg. Nina earned a degree from Wayne State University, completing studies between 1995 and 2007.
