Thomas Hayden, FACHE, is a seasoned healthcare strategy and operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Advisory Services at Premier Inc. and the Founder & Principal at Axis Healthcare Strategy, Thomas has held significant positions at organizations such as DaVita Kidney Care, where they managed process and systems innovations, and Tenet Healthcare, where they served as Chief Strategy Officer for the East Cooper Market. Their previous roles include being an Associate at Huron and a System Director for Strategy and Development at Bozeman Health. Thomas holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from A.T.
