Tim Rinehardt has over three decades of experience in the healthcare information systems sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Care at Premier Inc. since August 1998, Tim previously held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director of Product Support Services and Director of Product Support and Data Management. Prior to Premier Inc., Tim worked at HBO & Company as a Manager of Professional Services and Manager of SAINT & Paragon Financial Implementation until the company's acquisition by McKesson in 1998. Tim's career began at First Data Corporation, managing client support in the Health Systems Group, following work at American Express in health systems. Tim Rinehardt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 1989.
