Tom Grisez

Tom Grisez is an accomplished analytics professional with extensive experience in healthcare analytics and business intelligence. They served as the Analytics Manager and earlier as the Director of Analytics at Premier Inc. from 2013 to 2023, where they spearheaded transformative initiatives that improved patient outcomes and drove innovation. Prior to that, Tom worked at Bank of America in various roles, including Technical Lead/Analyst and Customer Assistance Account Manager, from 1997 to 2008. They hold a B.S. in Psychology from John Carroll University and are currently pursuing a Lean Health Care Practitioner Certification from Kent State University.
