Rita Hernandez

Rita Hernandez is the President and Founder of PremierDS, a company that provides destination services to executives relocating to and from SE Florida, Latin America, and the Caribbean. They have been in the relocation industry since 1988, with the first eight years focused on domestic relocation before concentrating on Global Mobility and Latin America. They have held roles in accounting, counseling, team and client management, business development, and international program management with Prudential Relocation (1988–1994), GMAC GRS (1994–2000), and LARM USA Inc. (2003–2011), including serving as Sr. Relocation Coordinator on-site at Schering Plough (1994–1999). They founded PremierDS in 2001 and continue to lead it.
