Premise helps CROs become AI native:

1. Agents that do real delivery work across PV functions: ICSR Processing, Literature Surveillance, Aggregate Reporting, Signal Management.
2. Built into the systems and workflows you already run, not another platform to migrate to. (such as Oracle Argus, Veeva Vault Safety)
3. Each agent is graded against how the work is actually done, so you adopt it on evidence.
3. Agents show their sources and keep the work auditable. You stay in control and sign off.
4. Start with one workflow literature processing, prove it, then expand across the trial.

Early, building with a small number of PV design partners. hello@premise.bio
