Premisys provides a full-stack agentic AI platform for manufacturers supporting Preventive Maintenance, Quality Assurance and other critical use cases to unlock the power of AI to improve operational efficiencies and enable successful and timely deployments.

Premisys uses domain-specific SLMs and statistical industrial analytics to deliver accurate, explainable manufacturing insights beyond generic LLM copilots. Premisys is optimized for edge deployment—ensuring data security and privacy, low-latency performance, predictable costs, and full operational control.

In most industrial plants, IT and OT systems don’t talk to each other. ERP, MES, and quality systems live in one world, while machine data and sensors live in another. This disconnect slows down decisions, delays issue resolution, and leaves leadership blind to what’s happening in real time.

The Premisys Agentic AI Platform overcomes these challenges to create actionable insights. The platform unifies IT and OT data into a single intelligent layer without the need to create a data lake or data warehouse. The User interacts with the AI Agent based on a domain-specific SLM for fast and accurate query and responses. The AI Agent uses advanced AI/ML libraries with statistical algorithms for reliable and accurate analytics as the truth engine.
