Eric Madeck has an extensive background in maintenance engineering, process optimization, continuous improvement, and project management. With experience at various companies such as Premix Group, Covia, Unimin Corporation, and more, Eric has successfully led teams, implemented lean manufacturing techniques, designed warehouses layouts, and increased Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Southern Illinois University.
