Casey Prentice began their career in 2006 as a Summer Analyst at Tishman Construction, where they conducted market research, prepared due diligence materials, and managed financial records. In 2008, they worked as a Summer Analyst at The Hanover Company, assisting with the design of a capital-raising platform and analyzing market trends. In 2009, Casey founded The Prentice Organization, a sustainable real estate development consulting firm that has since expanded into a parent company with various operating businesses and a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. Casey also served as the CEO of Prentice Hospitality Group, a subsidiary focused on managing boutique properties in the hospitality industry. Additionally, Casey took on the role of Managing Partner at Portland Foreside Development Company in 2013 and at Fore Points Marina in 2018.
Casey Prentice completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Middlebury College. Casey attended the college from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a LEED AP certification from the US Green Building Council in January 2009.
