William Carson

William Carson is an experienced product designer and UX designer currently working at Prentus as a Product Designer and Bubble.IO Developer. With a strong background in user experience, William has improved usability and customer engagement at various organizations, including the Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center, Inc. and Jennifer O'Brien State Farm Agency. William co-hosts and co-produces "Frame by Frame: The UX/UI Podcast," focusing on challenges faced by UX and product newcomers. William's earlier roles include Operations Engineer at BAE Systems, where user research enhanced manufacturing software usability, and a strategist for the Suffolk County Council Boy Scouts of America, streamlining data procedures. William holds a User Experience Design certificate from CareerFoundry and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Binghamton University.
