Marcus Lorin

Marcus Lorin is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Projektör at PreOpening since April 2020, Marcus previously held the position of Kock/Souschef at Hills Golf & Sports Club from October 2016 to April 2020. Prior experience includes leading as Kökschef at Kooperativet, Lindholmen from April 2014 to October 2016, and working as a Kock at INGELSTA KALKON AB for a year. Additional roles include Souschef at Brake mat & vinsalong from November 2012 to May 2013 and Souschef at Nääs Fabriker hotell & restaurang from September 2007 to November 2012.
