Sarah Olsson

Sarah Olsson is an experienced professional in project management and business development within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Projektledare for PreOpening in Stockholm since June 2017, Sarah has a strong background with Pied Tanca Group AB, where responsibilities included establishing Boulebar in new markets as Head of New Markets and Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Sarah held several key roles at Boulebar Sverige AB, including Head of Whiz Team and Production Project Manager, managing product changes and new market establishments, as well as operational leadership as a Boulebar Manager. Sarah's career began as a Head Chef at Boulebar, underpinned by a solid educational foundation in business and culinary arts, complemented by leadership training programs.
