Jay Arehart

Jay Arehart, PhD, is currently serving as the Co-Founder of Preoptima. Prior to this role, Jay worked as an Assistant Teaching Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder. With previous experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Living Materials Laboratory and a Visiting Researcher at Edinburgh Napier University, Jay has a strong background in research and academia. Jay also has experience as a Research Fellow at Project Drawdown and as a Structural Design Intern at KL&A, Inc. Jay holds a PhD in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in the same field. Jay completed the IB Diploma program at Fairview High School.
