About Preou

Established over 65 years ago, Preou is a family-owned and family-run Mechanical Contractor delivering high-quality building services solutions across the healthcare and education sectors throughout the UK.

For more than six decades, we have built our reputation on trust, reliability, and technical excellence. Remaining family-run today, we combine traditional values with modern engineering expertise, fostering long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners alike.

Our extensive experience enables us to successfully deliver projects ranging from plant room refurbishments and heating system upgrades to mechanical distribution upgrades, ventilation installations, air handling unit (AHU) installations, and air conditioning systems. We work closely with our clients to provide safe, reliable, and energy-efficient solutions that support critical environments and occupied buildings.

In addition to our project delivery capabilities, Preou operates a dedicated Facilities Management division, providing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive call-out services, equipment servicing, and small works projects. Our FM team supports clients in maintaining compliance, improving system performance, and maximising the lifespan of their mechanical assets.
