Aaron Washington is currently the Associate Director of the Prep for Prep Preparatory Component and has been with Prep for Prep since 2023. Previously, Aaron served as the Admission Associate at The Episcopal Academy from 2010 to 2011 and as the Assistant Director of Admissions at The Hackley School from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their educational roles, Aaron has been the Owner/Designer of Madera Handcrafted, LLC since 2015. Aaron earned a BA in School of Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007, and holds a high school diploma from The Lawrenceville School, which they attended from 2000 to 2003.
