Dayna Joseph is a mission-driven leader with a strong background in alumni relations and strategic fundraising. Currently serving as the Director of Alumni Affairs at Prep for Prep since 2024, Dayna has successfully increased alumni engagement and contributions, achieving a remarkable $1 million raised in fiscal year 2025. From 2019 to 2024, Dayna held the role of Alumnae Manager at The Spence School, where they drove alumnae giving to $1.2 million and actively engaged a large volunteer base. Dayna's earlier experiences include internships at Gagosian and the Tang Teaching Museum, further enriching their expertise in the arts. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Skidmore College.
