Niko Amato is a versatile professional with extensive experience in sports and journalism. Currently serving as a journalist at Prep Network since August 2024, Niko previously played professionally in Major League Lacrosse from January 2014 to December 2020 and has held managerial responsibilities at Lacrosse Unlimited since May 2022. Niko was the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach and Director of Intramurals at Immaculata University from July 2017 to January 2020 and has been the Presidente of Italiano Lacrosse since January 2017, focusing on youth participation in lacrosse. Additional experience includes a role as a Student Mentor Intern at The Madieu Williams Foundation and as a defensive coordinator at Chestnut Hill College. Niko began coaching as a Lacrosse Coach with Adrenaline Starz, fostering athletic growth in players, while also gaining foundational work experience as a Bindery Worker at Great Atlantic Graphics. Niko holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Science from the University of Maryland College Park, completed in 2014, and graduated from LaSalle College High School in 2009.
