Peter Clear

Peter Clear currently serves as the Event Operations Manager at Prep Network, a position held since December 2025. Prior to this role, Peter Clear was the Director of Operations for Select Events Basketball at 3STEP Sports from January 2022 to December 2025, where responsibilities included managing high-end basketball tournaments, improving event quality, and establishing key client relationships. Earlier in the career, Peter Clear worked as a Key Account Sales Specialist at Hint Inc., after gaining experience as a marketing intern at RWS Group and serving as the Pool Supervisor at Nashawtuc Country Club. Peter Clear holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Journalism from Ohio University and has completed a marketing program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
