James Sweetman is an experienced engineering manager currently serving at Prepared since September 2024, after holding similar positions at Settle from May 2022 to August 2024. Prior to these roles, James spent several years at Affirm as a Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where notable contributions included performance enhancements to the Charges API and the development of Affirm Connect.
