Stephen W. possesses extensive experience in emergency communications and implementation leadership. Currently serving in Command and Control Operations at NEOM and as Implementation Lead at Prepared, Stephen W. has held the position of Enterprise Implementation Manager at First Due since April 2021. Previously, as Director for the City of Virginia Beach, responsibilities included overseeing a CALEA Accredited Emergency Communications Center with a budget of $12 million and managing a team of 130 professionals. Stephen W. also served as Chief of Operations for the Office of Unified Communications, managing 240 employees and liaising with various public safety agencies. Early career roles include System Consultant at Intergraph and IT Audit and Compliance Engineer at CompuCREDIT. Stephen W. holds a Certified Public Manager designation and a Six Sigma Green Belt from The George Washington University, as well as a BSBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
