Vishvender Singh

Vishvender Singh is a seasoned quality professional with over a decade of experience in quality assurance and process improvement. Currently serving as a Quality Team Lead at PrepLadder since August 2020, Vishvender is responsible for creating frameworks for new processes, analyzing performance gaps, and conducting training for new associates. Prior to this role, Vishvender held positions as a Senior Quality Analyst at Tech Mahindra and eClerx from August 2017 to August 2020 and May 2013 to August 2017, respectively. Vishvender's expertise includes maintaining standard operating procedures, preparing certification knowledge checks for new agents, and facilitating calibrations with clients to enhance customer service. Vishvender earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University between 2006 and 2010.
