Aline Pires

Aline Pires is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in language instruction and neuroeducation. Currently serving as a Portuguese teacher for foreigners at VLA Academy since June 2024, Aline employs neuroscience techniques to enhance language learning. Aline's expertise in neuroeducation is also demonstrated through a position at Preply as a neuropsychopedagogue and specialist in neurolearning since April 2016. Previous roles include pedagogical manager at Supera Ginástica para Cérebro, and Spanish teacher at inFlux English School, as well as a long-term position at Secretaria de Estado da Educação - SED -SC, where Aline focused on Portuguese language education and learning difficulties. Aline began the teaching career at Colégio Marista - Criciúma, providing instruction in Spanish for elementary and high school students. Aline holds degrees in Portuguese and Spanish literature from Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense.
