Daniel Ashenafi is an accomplished professional with a robust background in finance and research. Currently serving as an Analyst at BlackRock since March 2025, Daniel also holds the position of Research Associate and Relationship Manager for Global Accounts at Preqin since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Relationship Manager and Account Manager at Thomson Reuters from September 2016 to August 2021, as well as an internship at Transitions London, a nonprofit focused on supporting skilled refugees, in June and July 2016. Daniel began academic pursuits at the University of Nottingham, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience in 2016, following a foundational education at Tiffin School from 2005 to 2012.
