Henry Lam, CFA, CAIA, is currently the VP at Preqin, where they lead the drafting of annual and quarterly reports on global real estate and engage with clients to share insights on alternative investments. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager at 高力國際, focusing on property sector databases, and held positions at MSCI Inc., PEI, and ANREV, where they developed benchmarking tools and conducted market analysis. Henry earned a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Business Intelligence from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
