Prescience | Drive Your Delta is re-imagining the future of private sector intelligence, connecting mission-driven professionals with organizations that demand foresight, discretion, and leadership.

We are the world’s first intelligence-native talent ecosystem, based in New York, USA and operating globally, designed to transition, place, and empower mission-capable professionals in high-impact roles.

Rooted in the traditions of statecraft, intelligence, and enterprise leadership, Prescience bridges the worlds of national security, business, technology, and academia to help both people and organizations drive their delta, their transformative impact.

We advise and empower:
- Intelligence and national security professionals transitioning into private, and advisory leadership roles
- Corporations, governments, family offices, and NGOs building in-house intelligence, foresight, and resilience capabilities
- Next-generation intelligence leaders across disciplines through curated experiences, training, mentorship, and global networks (the Deltonians).

Our global team is comprised of former intelligence officers, corporate strategists, cybersecurity leaders, academic-practitioners, and policy advisors, operating quietly but effectively across sectors and geographies.
