Joan Thomas has been in the business world for over a decade. Joan began their career in 2006 as a Sales & Marketing Representative and Sales Associate at ABB. In 2010, they moved to PTC as a Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager. In 2016, they joined Cisco as a Customer Insights Analyst. Currently, they are at Prescient where they hold the roles of Director of Customer Success and Sales & Marketing Consultant.
