Kevan W. has extensive work experience in various roles related to data analysis, intelligence, and military operations. Kevan started their career in 2009 with the United States Air Force, where they served in roles such as Airborne Cryptologic Language Data Analyst, Emergency Management Response Team member, and Intelligence Data Fusion Analyst. Kevan also worked as a Supervisor and was involved in Sensitive Activities.

Later, Kevan joined Chenega Technical Innovations, LLC, where they served as a Pashto Global and Crypto Instructor, Data Engineer, and Distance Learning Manager. Kevan then worked at MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), an Alion company, as a Geospatial Intelligence Data Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Full-Motion Video Analyst/Screener.

Kevan also gained experience working at CSG Solutions as a Geographic Imagery Data Analyst and Full-Motion Video Analyst/Screener. In addition, they worked at Preting as an All-Source Data Analyst and as a Manager/Liaison Officer, where they led geographically separated units and briefed leadership on mission requirements.

Furthermore, Kevan worked at Barbaricum as a Data Integrator/Intelligence Engineer and later as a Full-Stack Data Scientist. Kevan currently holds the position of Senior Data Scientist at Prescient Edge, where they support ARSOF global activities and modernization/futures initiatives. Kevan developed a complex spatial data extraction web application within a short timeframe.

Throughout their career, Kevan has acquired a wide range of skills and experience in data analysis, spatial data extraction, intelligence analysis, and military operations.

Kevan W. has a strong educational background in cybersecurity and related fields. Kevan obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Security Management from American Military University in 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cybersecurity from the same institution.

In addition to their degree programs, Kevan also completed various certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Some of their notable certifications include the "Machine Learning Specialization" from Coursera in 2023, the "Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals" from Microsoft in 2022, and several certifications related to API design, security, and testing obtained in 2022. Kevan also holds the "Professional Linguistic Certification" from the United States Department of Defense, which was obtained in 2012.

Apart from formal education, it is worth mentioning that Kevan has engaged in additional learning opportunities through online platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and Coursera, completing various courses in machine learning, RESTful APIs, data science, and Python programming. Kevan also completed the "Google IT Support" program offered by Google in 2019.
