Gold Wejinya has worked in the IT and cybersecurity field since 2015. Gold began their career at Aveon Offshore Limited as a Help Desk Specialist and Information Technology Intern. In 2019, they joined LocalTech LLC as a System Administrator. In 2020, they worked at Circulent as a System Engineer and Sacred Heart University as a Teaching Assistant for the Fundamentals of Cybersecurity. In 2021, they were a Penetration Tester at JernelTech Corporation and is currently a Security Consultant at Prescient Security.
Gold Wejinya holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Sacred Heart University (2019-2020), a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Ghana Technology University College (2013-2016), a eJPT from INE (obtained in June 2022), a Nessus Certificate of Proficiency from Tenable (obtained in November 2019), and a CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA (obtained in November 2021).
