Wayne Smith

Wayne Smith has extensive experience in corporate notes and debt administration, having worked at Prescient Limited as Head of Corporate Notes and Debt Administration. Prior to this, Wayne worked at Rand Merchant Bank as a senior deal maker in structured finance, and at FNB South Africa as a Structured Finance Manager and Legal Advisor at FirstLaw. Wayne holds a BProc, HDipl Co Law, and Taxation degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
