Manuel Billot

Manuel Billot is currently the Head of Research and Development at PRESCOM SAS and has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. With a strong background in Streaming Media, Broadcast Engineering, and Software Development, they have held leadership positions at various companies, including DIGIDIA KENTA and Harris - Itis. Manuel earned a Doctor of Science degree focusing on Fault Tolerance of Video Servers from Université de Rennes I and previously studied computing at INSA Rennes.
