In addition, Ryan is the Chief Operating Officer at Firstlook AI, an AI company focused on enhancing human-AI collaboration in healthcare, helping clients improve operational efficiency significantly. Previously, Ryan held roles such as Postdoctoral Associate at Yale University, where scalable models of tumor behavior were developed, and Consultant at Genteract and Maven Biotechnologies, contributing industry analysis and growth strategies for early-stage startups.
