Thales Dantas

Thales Dantas is a highly experienced professional in environmental engineering and sustainability, currently serving as Project Architect at PreScouter, Inc. since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing projects for product and process improvement in the Natural Resources & Advanced Energy sector. Dantas also holds various leadership roles within the Global Shapers Community, including Foundation Board Member, Advisory Council Member, and LATAM lead in the Climate and Steering Committee, focusing on empowering young leaders for community change. Additional positions include ESG Advisory Council Member at Gobi Partners, Co-Chair of the #GenerationRestoration Youth Hub, and B20 Delegate at G20 Brazil 2024. Dantas is involved in developing circular economy standards with ISO and holds a PhD from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, alongside a robust academic background in environmental engineering.
