Our services have gained central NHS assurance status, are part of the GPIT Futures central framework and are supported by NHS central funding.

The use of our services have been associated with significant reductions in emergency care utilisation. In our 2023 service Impact Assessment, validated across 15.4 million patients, a potential emergency care utilisation saving of £42 per patient per year was identified.
