Katlyn Nourian

Katlyn Nourian has extensive experience in the field of clinical recruitment and career services. Katlyn began their career at Progressus Therapy in 2006 as a Sr. Career Services Manager, a role they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Light Street Special Education Solutions, where they served as the Director of Career Services, supporting schools in providing special education programs. Since 2018, Katlyn has been with Presence, initially as the Manager of Clinical Recruiting and currently as the Director of Clinical Recruitment.

Katlyn Nourian completed their Bachelor's degree in Special Education with a focus on Communication at California State University, Long Beach from 1996 to 2000. Prior to their university education, they attended Jesus and Mary School in Rabweh, Lebanon, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Communication. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as leadership, performance management, strategic thinking, recruiting, and female empowerment, all acquired in 2023.
