Ciara Belle has a diverse range of work experience in software development and engineering. Ciara is currently the Owner and Software Development Consultant at Belle Consulting, where they provide software development services for C2C companies and specializes in UI and animations for sport betting applications. Prior to that, Ciara was the Owner and Developer at Gnostic Studios, where they focused on developing mobile apps and games using various technologies. Ciara also has experience as a Software Engineer at Splice, where they developed features and enhancements for an AI-assisted music creation application. Ciara has worked as an Engineer at MIRROR, a Lead Client Engineer at KoolSpan, and a Senior Software Engineer at Mobile Posse, where they provided maintenance and implemented enhancements for various Android applications. Ciara also has experience as a Director of Mobile Experience at Grassroots Unwired, where they maintained and enhanced the company's Android application. Additionally, Ciara has worked as an Android Application Developer at United Public Safety and Optotraffic. Ciara started their career as a Game Design Instructor at Be the Game. Throughout their career, Ciara has gained expertise in technologies such as Kotlin, Java, Flutter, Unity, and more.

Ciara Belle completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in the years 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a field of study in Media Arts and Animation at The Art Institutes from 2007 to 2008. Following their undergraduate degree, they went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) degree in Interactive Design and Media from Philadelphia University between 2012 and 2015.
