Presentwater AS was founded late 2009 as a technology company. 
We consider ourselves as experts in energy efficiency, hybrid water production and emission abatement in cruise industry

We have developed, piloted and commercialized several state-of-the-art solutions and emerging technologies 

We have retrofitted Advanced Heating Systems (HT & LT) and modified existing Waste heat recovery (WHR) systems - on  thrity cruise vessels for four major cruise lines by 2023
3- 10 % reduction of the total bunker fuel consumption has been achieved per vessel

Currently, we are continuing our focus on retrofits and upgrades of WHR systems but ar also applying VFD's on all main and aux. machinery cooling system circ. pumps 

Launching our hybrid Water Production (hRO) system will be part of phase II together with Waste Heat Conversion technologies. This  in order to utilize both HT cooling water and surplus steam but also avoiding operational problems for the ships 
The holistic solution will enable cruise vessels to be self-sufficient by continuous production of potable water (24/7), at the same time avoid ballast water system onboard and increase grey water holding capacity significantly.

Furthermore, our own R&D department is currently building superior technology solutions in the field of “Energy Harvesting”. The  waste heat converter (WHC) is well suited for bringing energy efficiency even further 5-10% in the shipping industry. 

Presentwater AS was partially funded by Innovation Norway and Research Council of Norway during start-up. 
A large network and several strategic alliances have been established, prior to our upcoming market launch of the Exergy Design concept.
