Ben Crees

Ben Crees is a seasoned professional in customer success and operational leadership with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Preservica, Ben previously held the position of Senior Director, Strategic Relationships & Client Experience at vMOX, where responsibilities included overseeing client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. Ben also founded Crees Consulting Limited, offering strategic guidance to SaaS companies expanding in Europe. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Tangoe, where Ben established a successful Customer Success program, and other positions focused on operations and service delivery. Ben holds a degree in Geology from the University of Southampton.
