Alex and Matthew are not just best friends - they’re the proud owners of Presidential Estates.

With over 55 years of experience between them, they have a real love and a passion for what they do - and it shows!

They firmly believe that selling, buying, letting or renting properties shouldn’t be a chore. Working tirelessly for every single one of their clients, they are determined to achieve the best end results for all.

As home-owners and landlords, Alex and Matthew fully appreciate and understand the difficulties that are faced every day in any property transaction. Their aim at Presidential Estates is to ensure a smooth journey for you, from start to finish.

Their diverse agency backgrounds combine both the ’traditional high street’ (working for a highly reputable independent brand) and the country’s largest ‘Hybrid’ agency, giving them a bespoke approach to offering a first class service.

They have implemented the values and principles from both styles of agency - ironing out the creases from each model and adding their own personal touches, to ensure a seamless experience for their customers.

Presidential Estates have a global clientele and database that has followed them along their journey
