Casey Klein

Casey Klein has extensive experience in the contact center industry, having spent a significant portion of their career at Presidio, where tenure began in August 2005 and includes roles such as Vice President of Contact Center and Operations Director. Prior to Presidio, Casey held the position of Engineering Manager at Coleman Technologies from August 2005 to January 2009 and worked as a Contact Center Engineer at Ocwen Technology Xchange from February 2002 to August 2005. Casey holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from the College of Central Florida, completed between 2000 and 2001.
