Jun Yan

Jun (Jack) Yan is currently a Principal Architect at Presidio and has over 15 years of experience in Cisco collaboration and contact center solutions. They began their career as a Networking Engineer at Soul in 2006 and participated in a Cisco internship program in the same year. Jun has held senior roles at Cisco, providing worldwide technical support for unified communication products and mentoring new employees. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney.
