Loris Schuring is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and customer success management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Presidio since November 2018, Loris previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Optanix from November 2016 to September 2018, and served as Customer Service Manager for 3CIS J.S.C. / Cisco Systems Contractor from March 2013 to November 2016. Additional experience includes working as an Adjunct Instructor at Daytona State College from August 2011 to March 2013 and as Corporate Manager of Global Training Services at Tellabs for over a decade. Loris holds a Master of Education in Adult and Continuing Education and Training from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from Dominican University.
