Moises Rivera

Moises Rivera is a seasoned UC & Collaboration Engineer currently with Presidio since July 2016, where responsibilities include configuring and supporting Voice, Video, Network, and Unified Communication technologies. Previously, Moises served as a Cisco VoIP Engineer at HealthPlan Services, maintaining the company's VoIP infrastructure and collaborating on new initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as a Network Voice Engineer at Concentrix, providing technical support and case management for Cisco partners and SMB customers, and as a Network Manager at CTI Resource Management Services, where Moises achieved notable successes in implementing IT solutions. Initial experience involved roles as an IT Support Specialist and HSD Lead Tech, offering technical support and training. Moises holds an Associate of Science degree in Networking Services Technology from Florida State College at Jacksonville, completed in 2007.
