Blake Dabbs

Blake Dabbs has extensive work experience in the investment management and financial analysis sectors. Blake is currently the Director of Investment Management at Presidium, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Associate Director of Investment Management at Presidium from December 2021 to December 2022. Blake also worked as an Investment Management Associate at Presidium from May 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Presidium, Blake worked at American Campus Communities as a Senior Financial Analyst from January 2020 to April 2021, and as a Financial Analyst from June 2017 to January 2020. Additionally, they gained experience at Bank of America, where they served as a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager from May 2013 to May 2017.

Blake started their career at Bank of America US Trust as a Global Commercial Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 2012 to May 2013.

Blake Dabbs attended Texas Christian University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Finance.
