Varun Haridas has over a decade of experience in proposal and order management, particularly in the telecommunications and technology sectors. At Motorola Solutions, Varun served as a Proposal Specialist from June 2014 to July 2024, overseeing proposal coordination and implementation for Government and Public Safety opportunities across the Middle East and Central Asia. Varun began as an Order Management Specialist, managing project activities from contract signing to equipment delivery for various clients in the MENAPAK region. Currently, Varun is a Senior Commercial Specialist at Presight, focusing on bid preparation with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with client requirements.
