Michele Shepard

Michele Shepard has worked in the operations field since 2017, when they began working for Presque (US) & Maguero (Poland). Prior to this, they worked for Memjet from 2007 to 2017, where they held the role of VP, Inks and Materials, Program Manager. This role included building a new chemistry focused group in San Diego, commercializing new ink developments, cross-site coordination of efforts, identification of potential suppliers, and program management. Before this, they worked for Hewlett Packard from 1987 to 2007, where they held the role of Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for management of R&D teams, development and commercialization of elastomeric and ink products, and leadership of and responsibility for ink product manufacturing and engineering worldwide.

Michele Shepard attended UCSD from 1994-1995, where they earned an Executive Program for Scientists and Engineers in Business. Michele then attended UC San Diego from 1981-1985, where they earned a PhD. Michele also had a post-doc fellowship at the University of Chicago, and attended San Diego State University and the University of Oklahoma, though no degree was earned from either institution.
