Adam Salamon

CEO & Founder at Pression

Adam Salamon has over fifteen years of experience in the engineering field. Adam began their career as an electrical engineering technician at OPEX Corporation and then worked as a systems engineering co-op at BAE Systems. In 2006, they joined Lockheed Martin as a project engineer and was eventually promoted to the role of staff. In this role, they served as the program manager for several international programs and was responsible for intellectual property identification, protection, transfer and patent filings and disclosures. Adam also oversaw the funding for new program starts from "non-standard" sources.

In 2018, Adam left Lockheed Martin to start their own company, Pression. Pression is a software company that provides innovative solutions for the engineering and construction industries. Under Adam's leadership, Pression has grown rapidly and has become one of the leading software providers in its field.

Adam Salamon has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Control Systems) from Drexel University. Adam also has Dale Carnegie from Dale Carnegie.
