Borja Parada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, customer service management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Operations at PressMate Engineering Solutions since January 2024, Borja ensures efficient operations and financial management. Previously, at Plutus, Borja achieved significant growth in the customer support team and implemented anti-fraud measures, while at 5CA, leadership skills were demonstrated in managing training and quality assurance for a large gaming project. Borja's earlier roles at TELUS International Europe included managing customer service teams and quality assurance operations, consistently achieving high performance metrics.
